"Tonya is fabulous! Throughout the entire process she was very helpful and available! Her house mgr met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, she checked in by text the following day, there is a binder of instructions with photos and everything was laid out in great detail. Additionally, we had a small gathering of family and friends, and she recommended a wonderful caterer who prepared fabulous food that I could serve. The location cannot be beat. We were in town as my daughter and niece were running the Chicago marathon. I have no hesitation to recommend Tonya’s home."

Lights and Music on the main level can be used with LUTRON and SONOS app, respectively. The remaining lights in the home must be operated manually with the wall switches.
Have an arrangement with the host to use the garage.
Upon check-out, please throw out all trash bags into the alley trash bins, housekeeping will take care of the rest.

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas such as the rooftop terrace or the front garden where ashtrays are provided.
For parties and events, please be respectful with the property and the neighbors. Keep the music and noise low after 10:00 PM.
